What you need

bunch fresh dill

oz smoked salmon

creme fraiche

puff pastry

oz salmon roe
egg
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Lay out the puff pastry sheet. Lay a spoon down on the sheet, then cut around it with a sharp knife. Place the spoons onto the parchment-lined sheet. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg plus a small splash of water. Brush this egg mixture onto the top of the spoons. Sprinkle on some everything bagel seasoning, then place into the oven to bake for about 15 minutes (or until golden brown). 4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top the spoon parts with a small spoonful each crème fraîche, a piece of salmon, some salmon roe, a sprig of fresh dill, and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
