What you need

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp mirin

tbsp green onion
cup vegetable oil
cup sushi rice

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

oz fresh tuna

tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil. Mix to evenly coat rice. Line a small baking dish with plastic wrap. Lay the rice mixture on top of the plastic wrap and squish it down into a flat square. Place in the freezer for about an hour. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, sriracha, mayo, soy sauce, scallions, and sesame seeds. Mix and set aside in the fridge. When the rice is done in the freezer, remove from the plastic wrap and cut into large triangles. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. When hot, add in the rice triangles and cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove and place onto a paper towel. On one of the crispy rice triangles, place a thin layer of avocado slices, then the spicy tuna mixture. Garnish with extra green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!View original recipe
