What you need

tsp red pepper flake

tsp dijon mustard

tsp anchovy paste

cup panko breadcrumbs

tsp worcestershire sauce

fl oz lemon juice

cup extra-virgin olive oil

pinch kosher salt
tbsp fresh parmesan cheese

clove garlic clove

egg yolk

boneless chicken breast halves

scallion
Instructions
Make the Caesar dressing: On a cutting board, place 4 minced garlic cloves and a sprinkle of salt. Use your knife to grind the garlic into a paste. Add half the minced garlic into a bowl, plus the anchovy paste, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Mix well. Going slowly, drizzle in about 1/4 cup of olive oil while whisking; this should create a thick dressing. Add in about 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan and mix that in. Set aside. In a food processor, add the cooked chicken breasts, the remaining 3 cloves garlic, and 1/2 cup of the Caesar dressing. Pulse until just evenly combined. Taste for seasoning. Serve in a large plate. Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle on a thick layer of Parmesan. Garnish with the toasted breadcrumbs and sliced scallions. Serve with chips and enjoy!View original recipe
