What you need

tsp apple cider vinegar

oz sharp cheddar

cup arugula

tbsp dried cranberries
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp kosher salt
can water-packed tuna

tsp black pepper

tbsp cucumber
mcintosh apple
tbsp raw honey
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, Greek yogurt, dried cranberries, mustard, grapes, salt, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. 2. On each apple disc, place a couple of cheddar slices.
