Thanksgiving Leftover Stuffing Waffles

What you need

cup sweet potato

tbsp whole berry cranberry sauce

cup stuffing
slice ham slices
Instructions
Spray a small waffle maker with cooking spray then spoon half of the stuffing in. Close the waffle maker and allow the stuffing waffle to get golden brown & crispy. Remove and repeat with the other half of the stuffing. On one of the stuffing waffles, layer the cranberry sauce, leftover ham, and sweet potato casserole. Top the sweet potatoes with the marshmallows and use a kitchen torch to toast them to your liking. Sandwich the other stuffing waffle on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
