What you need
fl oz vegetable oil

oz cream cheese

cup powdered sugar

cup ricotta cheese

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup cinnamon sugar

tsp coconut oil

cup mini chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Beat together your ricotta and cream cheese. Add in vanilla and then the powdered sugar. Fold in your chocolate chips. 2. Refrigerate the filling overnight. 3. Once your filling is ready, itās time to assemble. Take about 1 tbsp filling and add it to the center of your wonton. Wet all 4 sides and fold diagonally, and then bring in the two sides. Make sure there are no gaps otherwise your filling will spill out. 4. Heat vegetable oil on stove until 350. Drop in your wontons and fry until golden brown. About 2-3 mins. Toss in cinnamon sugar or top with powdered sugar.View original recipe
