fl oz lime juice
lb lean ground beef

cup white cheddar

tsp ground cumin

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

tsp paprika

tsp salt

cup sour cream

tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
-In a bowl, add in ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin. Gently stir to mix, being careful not to over mix. Roll the meat mixture into a ball. -Place the ball of meat onto the flour tortilla and smash it down until it’s as thin as you can get it, and evenly spread out on the tortilla. -Heat a large cast iron pan over medium-high. Drizzle olive oil evenly on both sides of the tortilla. Place the tortilla, meat side down into the pan and cook for about 7 minutes, until meat is browned and cooked through. Flip the tortilla and cook about 3 minutes on the other side, until tortilla is lightly charred. Turn off the heat and put the shredded Monterrey jack and shredded cheddar onto the meat. Cover and allow to melt, about 3 minutes. Remove tortilla from pan and set aside. -In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, paprika, cayenne, and remaining ½ tsp salt. -Assemble the naco! Spread the sour cream mixture evenly on top of the melted cheese. Top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, and tortilla chips. Dig in!View original recipe
