Instructions
Break down the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and feta block into bite-size cubes. Tear the prosciutto into smaller strips and roll them up. Place the cubes of melon, feta, olives, and prosciutto in varying patterns onto long bamboo skewers. In a jar with a lid, combine the juiced lemon, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, sumac, and zaatar. Secure the lid and shake well to mix the dressing.
