What you need

rice paper

tbsp sesame oil

lb ground pork

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

clove garlic clove

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper
egg

scallion
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F and line a sheet tray with parchment. 2. In a large bowl, add in the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and scallions. Stir to evenly mix. Place this mixture into a piping bag. Cut a hole in the corner of the bag that you’ll pipe out of. Set aside. 3. Place the beaten eggs into a high-sided plate. Working quickly, dunk a sheet of rice paper into the eggs, just coating both sides. Lay it down on a clean cutting board. Pipe a log of the pork mixture onto the rice paper. Roll it up and into a donut shape. Repeat with the rest of the rice paper and pork. 4. Place the donuts onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle on sesame seeds on each one. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes, then turn heat to 400F and cook for about 5 more minutes, or until golden brown. 5. Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes. Serve with extra soy sauce and rice vinegar for dipping. Enjoy!View original recipe
