radish

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp gochujang

oz fresh mozzarella
oz colby jack

scallion

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp sesame oil

lb ground beef

tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
Into a large bowl, add in the ground beef, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir to mix well, and set aside to marinate for up to 30 mins. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and chop/prepare other ingredients. Heat a pan over medium high, then add in the ground beef mixture. Stir and cook until fully browned. Set aside. Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place a layer of tortilla chips down, then top with half of the cheese (spread evenly) and half of the cooked beef (spread evenly). Repeat with another layer. Air fry at 350F for about 5 minutes, just until cheese is fully melted. Remove from the air fryer basket, and top with jalapeño slices, radish, cilantro, and scallion. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo and gochujang. Drizzle over the top of the nachos. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
