What you need

bunch cilantro

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

oz cotija cheese

hass avocado

white onion

oz tomato

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp paprika

can kidney beans

can canned white cannellini beans

tsp ground cumin

lb ground beef

tbsp olive oil

tsp ground cinnamon

oz sharp cheddar

bunch scallion

cup butternut squash

clove garlic clove

fresh lime juice
hot salsa
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high. Add in butternut squash. Cook for about 10 minutes, until softened. Add in onions and a hearty palmful of salt. Cook until translucent, 5-7 mins. Add in ground meat plus a bit more salt and some black pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until meat is brown and no pink remains. Add in the minced garlic. Add in the Green Mountain Gringo Hot Salsa and crushed tomatoes. Add in the cayenne, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and cinnamon. Add in both beans. Stir to combine & taste for seasoning.
