What you need

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

tsp kosher salt

clove roasted garlic

tsp dried basil

tsp dried parsley
tsp dried oregano

cup shell pasta

tsp red chili flakes

cup canned white cannellini beans

qt chicken broth

cup red kidney beans

lb ground turkey

yellow onion

oz parmesan cheese

cup water

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add in the turkey and stir, cooking until no more pink remains and lightly browned. Season with a hefty pinch of salt and some black pepper. Remove the turkey from the pot and set aside. Add a little extra oil if needed, and return the pot to the heat. Pour in the carrots and cook, stirring frequently, for about 7 minutes. Add in the onions and a hefty pinch of salt and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add in minced garlic and cook about 1 minute. Pour in the chicken broth, water, and RAGU® Kettle Cooked Roasted Garlic Sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are nearly softened. Pour in the small shells, cannellini and red kidney beans, plus the cooked ground turkey from earlier. Allow to simmer until the pasta is al dente. Add in dried basil, parsley, and oregano plus the red pepper flakes. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed. Serve into bowls and top with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
