Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Lay the puff pastry onto a clean work surface and cut it into squares that are about 2.5inches by 2.5inches. Grease a muffin tin and lay the puff pastry squares into each slot. Fill each puff pastry square with a cube of Brie, a ribbon of folded prosciutto, a small scoop of cranberry sauce, a piece of walnut, and a sprig of rosemary. Fold the corners of the pastry squares down to loosely cover the ingredients inside. Brush the beaten egg on top of each pastry. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and the pastry is cooked through. Remove from oven and drizzle some spicy honey on top. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
