Creamy & buttery mashed potatoes

What you need

tsp kosher salt

yukon gold

oz unsalted butter

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

cup milk
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, place cubed potatoes, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Set aside, making sure to reserve some of the cooking milk. Mash the potatoes using a potato ricer into a large bowl. Add in butter cubes and mix until butter is melted and incorporated. Add in about 1/4 cup of the leftover cooking milk and mix until luscious and creamy. Taste for seasoning and add additional seasoning to taste. Enjoy!View original recipe
