What you need

cup water

cup sugar
Instructions
Place whatever fruit you’re using on a skewer. Prepare an ice bath. Bring sugar and water to a boil, and continue cooking until a thermometer reads 300 degrees F. Dunk your fruit skewer into the hot sugar and evenly coat. Quickly dunk the coated skewer into the ice bath. The sugar should get hard and glossy on the outside. Sprinkle some Tajin on top.
