Sushi Watermelons

These adorable sushi watermelons are made from mini cucumbers, sushi-grade tuna, and black sesame seeds, served with a spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce.

What you need

oz black sesame seeds

tsp mayonnaise

pickling cucumbers

tsp sriracha hot sauce

oz fresh tuna
Instructions
Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and insides of the cucumbers. Cut the tuna into strips about 1/2-inch wide and the same length as the cucumbers. Place the tuna strips inside the hollowed out cucumbers, and then cut the stuffed cucumbers into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds onto the pieces so they look like watermelons. In a small bowl, combine the kewpie mayonnaise and sriracha and mix well. Dip the sushi watermelons into this spicy mayonnaise and soy sauce. Enjoy!View original recipe
