What you need

tbsp olive oil

tbsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp kosher salt

tsp mustard
lb ground beef
tbsp mayonnaise

head lettuce
tsp ketchup
slice process american cheese

tbsp sweet pickle relish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. Bring a pot of salted water to boil, then place in the potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a boiled potato into each muffin crevice, and use a cup to push them down and flatten them into thin cup shapes, fitting the muffin tin. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and bake until deep golden brown, about 30 minutes. Set aside to slightly cool. Heat a pan over medium high and add in the ground beef. Cook, breaking up the meat and browning it. Season with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Set aside. In a small bowl, add in the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish. Stir to mix. This will be your sauce. Spoon ground meat into each potato cup. Top the ground meat with a small square of American cheese. Top that with a dollop of sauce, plus a slice of tomato and a pinch of chopped lettuce. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
