rice paper

oz sharp cheddar
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
Heat oven to 400F. Working quickly, wet the rice paper sheets in water slightly, then lay them down next to each other on a clean work surface. Lay the steak, eggs, and potatoes in a thin layer in the center of the rice paper sheets. Top with sharp cheddar. Carefully roll up the rice paper into a roll then twist it up into a spiral. Brush the roll with egg wash, sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning, then bake for about 30 minutes, until golden. Enjoy!View original recipe
