What you need

can canned white cannellini beans
tbsp fresh parsley leaves

cup orzo pasta

clove garlic clove
celery rib

oz cremini mushroom

tbsp olive oil

onion

bunch fresh rosemary

tsp dried thyme
tsp fresh ground black pepper
lb boneless chicken breast
tsp dried oregano

bay leaves

tsp turmeric powder
bunch kale
lemon

cup chicken stock

carrot
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add in onion, carrots, and celery and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken plus salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes, until less pink. Add in garlic and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add in chicken stock, mushrooms, kale, herbs, lemon juice, and turmeric. Let simmer and cook for 25 minutes. Add in orzo and cook 10 more minutes. Add in cannellini beans & mix in.
