Sweet and Savory Greek Yogurt Dips for Latkes

Instructions
Creamy Apple & Cinnamon Dip: 1. In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-high heat. 2. Add in the 1 large diced apple, half of the 2 tablespoons honey and 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and the ½ teaspoon nutmeg. Cook, stirring frequently, until the apple is very tender, about 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely. 4. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt with remaining honey and cinnamon and mix well. 5. Stir in the cooled apple mixture. Serve with an optional cinnamon stick garnish and enjoy! Spicy & Tangy Horseradish Dip: 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, 3 minced garlic cloves, juice of ½ lemon, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives (plus more for garnish), 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, and 2 teaspoons honey. 2. Mix all ingredients well. Serve with additional chopped chives for garnish. Enjoy! Thick & Creamy Tzatziki Dip: 1. Using cheesecloth or a clean dish towel, squeeze the liquid out of ½ cup grated cucumber. 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the squeezed cucumber with 8 ounces Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 2 grated or finely minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper, and 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill. 3.
