What you need

cup water

tbsp butter

tsp cayenne pepper

hamburger bun

tsp kosher salt

cup pickle juice

tsp chili powder

cup milk

slice tomato

romaine lettuce
egg

tsp onion powder

cup plain flour
chicken cutlets

tsp baking powder

dill pickle chips

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper
Instructions
Place chicken cutlets in a medium-size bowl and pour in the pickle juice and water. Make sure the chicken is covered by the liquid, then place into the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the egg and milk. Beat to evenly mix. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Stir to mix. Place the marinated chicken cutlets into the egg mixture and evenly coat. Then place them into the flour mixture and evenly coat. Repeat this process one more time for a double breading. Heat vegetable oil in a high-sided pan. Once it reaches 350 degrees F, carefully place the chicken in. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees F. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Take the hamburger buns and spread butter on the inside of each. Toast the buns in the skillet until the bottoms are golden brown. Assemble the sandwiches! Lay down the buns, then add on the lettuce, tomato, fried chicken, and 3-4 pickle chips on each. Drizzle on Chick Fil A sauce and close the sandwiches. Enjoy immediately!View original recipe
