Sweet Potato Casserole

This is hands down my favorite Thanksgiving dish. A classic sweet potato casserole with a pecan and marshmallow topping.

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

lb sweet potato

tsp kosher salt

cup mini marshmallows

cup pecan halves

cup butter

cup brown sugar

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Use the AbyAMC Steaming System (or a large pot with a steamer basket) to steam the sweet potatoes until fully cooked. Empty the water from the pot and add the sweet potatoes back in. Mash them with a potato masher. Add in the brown sugar, butter, cream, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir to evenly mix. Add the sweet potato mixture into a medium baking dish. Spread to flatten, then top with the chopped pecans. On top of that layer, add the marshmallows. Bake for 25-30 mins, until marshmallows are deep golden brown. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
