What you need

bunch veggie mix

cup dry white wine

fl oz lemon juice

lb fontina cheese

lb emmentaler cheese

clove garlic clove

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp dijon mustard

bread
tbsp cornstarch

lb gruyere
Instructions
In a fondue pot or large pot over medium heat, add in the white wine, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Going bit by bit, add in the shredded cheeses. Once they’re all added and the mixture is smooth, add in the corn starch and mix well. Add in the Dijon mustard, nutmeg, and sherry. The mixture should be thickened up but still very smooth. Serve with fresh bread, cut into small pieces, your favorite veggies, and anything else you’d like to dip in. Enjoy!View original recipe
