What you need

white sandwich bread

pinch kosher salt

tbsp fresh parsley

cup pizza sauce

cup parmesan cheese

tsp red pepper flake

pepperoni

cup fresh mozzarella

cup unsalted butter

garlic
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, and kosher salt. Stir to mix. 3. On the 2 pieces of bread, evenly spread the butter mixture. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. 4. On one of the pieces of bread, spread half of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Push the cheese to the outside edges, leaving a small well in the middle. Sprinkle on some garlic powder. 5. Place the other piece of garlic bread on top, and use a spoon to push down in the center to create a well. Pour the pizza sauce into the well and spread it out to the edges of the bread. 6. On top of the pizza sauce, sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan and mozzarella, plus more garlic powder and red pepper flakes to taste. Top with the mini pepperoni, then place bake into the oven for 10 minutes. 7. Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!View original recipe
