Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

My dad’s never understood why I love smoothie bowls so much, but I’ve been riding hard for them since circa 2012 I’d say? They’re very refreshing and delicious, okay! And I’m obsessed with fruit, so 🤷🏻♀️🍓🫐 Pro tip: whether I make them at home or get them at a cafe, I like to add protein powder - I feel like it keeps me fuller for longer 😎 recipe for this one below ‼️

What you need
cup plain greek yogurt

banana
cup fresh blueberries

tbsp chia seed

tbsp slivered almonds

cup milk

vanilla protein powder

cup fresh raspberries
cup fresh blackberries

tsp spirulina
Instructions
In a blender, add in frozen banana, protein powder, 1 cup blueberries, milk, spirulina, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Top with blackberries, banana slices, raspberries, chia seeds, 1/4 cup blueberries, slivered almonds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!View original recipe
