This simple yet ridiculously delicious salad features a homemade dressing made with Holland House® Red Wine Vinegar.

What you need

apple

tbsp dijon mustard

cup extra-virgin olive oil

tsp salt

cup red wine vinegar

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

cup roasted pumpkin seeds

cup goat cheese

tsp garlic powder
cup kale

cup pomegranate seeds

cup brussel sprouts

cup carrot
lemon

cup hazelnut
Instructions
Make the dressing. In a jar, add in Holland House® Red Wine Vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Shake well. In a large bowl, put in the brussels sprouts and kale. Pour about 3/4 of the dressing over the greens and vigorously mix the dressing in - you want the greens to tenderize a bit. To the bowl of greens, add in the pomegranate seeds, apple slices, carrots, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese crumbles, and hazelnuts. Top with the rest of the dressing and mix in. Enjoy!View original recipe
