Cherry Chocolate Bark

A delightful cherry chocolate bark recipe made from extra cherries, dark chocolate, and coconut oil, with an optional caramel drizzle. This simple dessert is easy to make and perfect for a sweet snack.

What you need

cup sweet cherries

cup dark chocolate chips

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Slice the cherries in half lengthwise and line them up in tight, even rows on parchment paper. In a microwave safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping halfway to stir. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cherries and spread it out. If using caramel, drizzle that over the top. Freeze for at least 2 hours until it’s all hardened. Break into bark pieces and store in the freezer. Enjoy!View original recipe
