Place the cream into a bowl and use an electric mixer to mix it until stiff peaks form and you have fresh whipped cream! Using a microplane, carefully shave the frozen peach into small bowls. Use a paper towel in between the fruit & your fingers to keep them from getting too cold! Top the shaved fruit with the whipped cream, and a drizzle of spicy honey.
