Flower Fruit Barks

Ok these came out so good tho, wuttt 🍓🍌🍫 I had some bananas and strawberries going bad, so I thought I should whip up these qt flower fruit barks I’ve been seeing everywhere 😎 they’re lovely & now I’m proud I didn’t throw away my fruit! Get the recipe below‼️

What you need

cup white chocolate chips

strawberries

ripe banana

cup dark chocolate chips
oz nut butter
Instructions
Line a small sheet or large plate with parchment. Lay the sliced bananas down in a flower shape, with 5 banana slices per flower. Put a slice of strawberry in the middle. Repeat with the strawberry slices with a slice of banana in the middle. In a microwave safe bowl, place the dark chocolate chips plus 1 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 60 seconds, stopping halfway to stir. Pour a large dollop of the melted chocolate into the middle of each flower. Place them in the freezer for 15-30 minutes, until the chocolate is starting to firm up. Remove from freezer. In a microwave safe bowl, place the white chocolate chips plus 1 tsp coconut oil. Microwave for 60 seconds, stopping halfway to stir. Place small dollops of peanut butter on top of the firmed up chocolate dollops. Drizzle melted white chocolate on top. Place back into freezer for at least 4 hours. Store in freezer and enjoy whenever!View original recipe
