Creamy & dreamy Turkish Eggs (çılbır) feat. @chobani Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt!
0 servings
What you need

bunch fresh dill

tbsp kosher salt

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp unsalted butter

cup lowfat greek yogurt

tbsp white vinegar

tsp paprika

egg

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1️⃣ Poach the eggs: Fill a medium pot about 2/3 of the way with water, and bring to a gentle boil. When the water is just about boiling, add in 1 tablespoon salt and white vinegar. Stir the water to mix in the salt and vinegar, and create a vortex by stirring the water quickly. Gently crack the eggs into the vortex, being careful they don’t stick together. Allow the eggs to cook for about 4 minutes to achieve a nice, runny yolk. 2️⃣ In a bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, and a pinch of salt and mix to combine. 3️⃣ In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the red pepper flakes and paprika and stir to combine. 4️⃣ Place the yogurt mixture in a bowl and, using a spoon, create an indent for each egg. Place the eggs into the indents and sprinkle salt over the eggs. Pour butter mixture on top, and garnish with chives and fresh dill. Serve with toast. Enjoy!View original recipe
