What you need

tsp black pepper

tsp kosher salt

tbsp olive oil
lb pork belly

tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Allow the pork belly to come to room temp. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Stir to mix. Pat the pork belly dry with a paper towel and place it onto the foil-lined sheet. Drizzle on the olive oil mixture and evenly rub it onto the pork. Bake for 2 hours, then remove from oven and allow to cool. Wrap in plastic wrap and place into the freezer. Grate the frozen pork on a microplane over your eggs, pasta, whatever you want!
