Chai Spiced Oatmeal Bowl

What you need

oz pumpkin seeds

apple

cup rolled oats

tsp sugar

tsp cinnamon

banana

cup milk

chai tea bag

walnut
Instructions
Bring the milk to a soft boil over medium high heat. Add in the teabag to steep in the milk for at least 5 minutes. Remove teabag when the milk is fragrant and slightly darker in color (from the chai). Add in the rolled oats and lower the heat to medium. Cook until the milk is just about absorbed, and the oats are cooked through. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Serve with toppings of choice! I did diced apple, sliced banana, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and chopped medjool dates. Enjoy :)View original recipe
