Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Take the rice paper sheets, stacked together, and dip in the beaten egg mixture. Place on parchment paper to bake. 3. Spoon the herby cheese onto the rice paper and gently spread out. 4. Top with a thin layer of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Add fresh tomatoes and a sprinkle of salt. Crimp the edges for aesthetics as desired. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden-brown. Remove and garnish with basil & hot honey. 6. Let cool then slice into ¼s and serve.View original recipe
