What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp cumin

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp kosher salt

tortilla

head lettuce
cup salsa

hass avocado

lb ground beef

fl oz avocado oil

tortilla chips
oz colby jack

slice jalapeno
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium high, then add in the ground beef. Add in seasonings (to taste), stir and cook until fully browned. Set aside. Lay out the tortillas on a clean work space. Lay down small piles of lettuce on each one, then avocado, jalapeño, salsa, the cooked beef, a tortilla chip round, and then a few small slices of the Colby jack. Fold the tortilla in sections around the ingredients, closing them up into little pockets. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crunch wraps in, folded side down, until golden brown.
