What you need

tsp freshly cracked black pepper

russet potato
lime

tsp red chili flakes

cup parsley

fl oz extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F. In a high-sided baking dish, lay the sliced potatoes in even thin layers. Drizzle on some olive oil, and season liberally with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake for about 20 minutes, until mostly tender and lightly golden. Remove from oven. In a large bowl, add in the shallot, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lime juice, and about 1/4 cup olive oil. Sprinkle in a hefty pinch salt, plus some black pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir to evenly mix. Lay the salmon on top of the cooked potatoes. Season the salmon with a sprinkle of salt & pepper. Pour the lemon & lime sauce over the top. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until salmon reaches your desired doneness. Remove from oven and split onto plates.
