What you need

crusty bread
lemon wedge

tsp red pepper flake

lb shrimp

fresh lemon juice

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

lb linguine

cup fresh parsley

clove garlic clove

cup sherry
Instructions
Heavily salt a large pot of water and bring it to a boil. Add in the linguine to cook for about 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside. Add the shrimp to a large bowl. Generously salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium. Add in the sliced garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened but not burnt. Add in the red pepper flakes and sherry. Allow the sherry to cook and evaporate about 5 minutes. Add in the lemon zest, juice, and parsley. Cook for 2 more minutes then remove from the heat. Serve the cooked pasta in bowls. Divide the shrimp mixture among the bowls. Garnish with lemon wedges and crusty bread. Enjoy!View original recipe
