Mango Matcha Yogurt Clusters
Serves 420 mins prep90 mins cook
My fav lil sweet snack 🥰🥭🍵 mango matcha yogurt clusters, made in the comfort of my @placemakr hotel room (which has a fully stocked kitchen!🤗) I had the BEST visit to NYC last week, and staying at the @placemakr hotel on Wall Street was such a treat. It honestly felt like home, I could’ve stayed there for so much longer 🫶🏼 Get the recipe for the mango clusters below‼️ #placemakr

What you need

tsp coconut oil

tbsp matcha powder

cup white chocolate chips

mango
cup plain greek yogurt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the mango cubes, Greek yogurt, and honey. Gently stir to evenly combine. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, scoop the mango mixture and shape into discs. Freeze for at least an hour, until fully hardened. When the discs are fully frozen, make the white chocolate mixture. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping halfway to stir. When melted, add in the matcha powder and stir until evenly combined. Dip the frozen mango discs into the melted white chocolate mixture and completely cover the disks. Place them back on the parchment. Freeze again for about 30 minutes, and enjoy any time!View original recipe
