Thanksgiving Leftover Crunchwrap

A delicious way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers, this Crunchwrap features mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey, mac and cheese, veggies, cranberry sauce, and crispy onions, all wrapped and seared in a tortilla.

What you need

leftover turkey

flour tortilla

macaroni & cheese dinner

fried onions

cup whole berry cranberry sauce

burrito-size tortilla
cup gravy

bunch veggie mix

cup starchy potatoes
Instructions
Lay down the large tortilla. Spread on a large spoonful of mashed potatoes, pour on some gravy, place on some turkey, Mac and cheese, and veggies, then spoon on some cranberry sauce and sprinkle on the crispy onions. Place 6-9 crackers on top then place the small tortilla round on top of those. Squeeze mayonnaise around the rim of the small tortilla then fold the large tortilla up and around the toppings, crimping as you go. Heat a skillet over medium high. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of the Crunchwrap then sear it on both sides until golden brown. Cut down the middle and serve. Enjoy immediately!View original recipe
