What you need

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

cup baby bok choy

tbsp soy sauce

Asian dumplings

tbsp gochujang

clove garlic clove

scallion

cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a large high-sided baking dish, add in the minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, and water. Stir to evenly mix. 3. Add in the bok choy and frozen dumplings. Place into the oven to bake for 30 minutes, flipping the dumplings halfway through. 4. Serve with scallions and sesame seeds as garnish.
