I am sooo obsessed with the “gigande beans in vinaigrette” from the olive bar section at @wholefoods lol… so I taught myself how to make it at home and it HITSSS! Super easy to whip up and I consider it a MUST for any charcuterie/grazing board 😎 get the recipe below‼️

What you need

tsp kosher salt

tbsp sunflower oil

green onion

clove garlic clove

cup red wine vinegar

cup roasted red bell pepper

oz butter beans
tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss together the beans, sunflower oil, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, green onions, garlic, roasted red peppers, and parsley until evenly combined. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors. Serve the bean salad on a charcuterie board, cheese plate, or eat as-is for a snack or for lunch.
