Iced Blueberry Latte

A seasonal iced blueberry latte, perfect for enjoying the last of summer's blueberries before fall flavors arrive. This recipe includes making a blueberry lavender syrup from scratch.

What you need

ice

cup water

tbsp table sugar

oz coffee
cup fresh blueberries

tbsp lavender
Instructions
1. Heat a medium to large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add in the blueberries and water and bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling, add in the sugar and edible lavender and stir. Allow to boil & reduce for about 10 minutes, until a thick syrupy consistency has formed. 3. Use a masher or other tool to squish the blueberries down. 4. Strain the blueberry mixer through a fine mesh sieve. 5. Store the remaining syrup in an airtight container. 6. Make the latte! Fill a cup with ice. 7. Add desired amount of blueberry syrup, followed by coffee and the milk of your choice. 8. Give it a gentle stir, and enjoy!View original recipe
