What you need

cup cooked white rice

cup water

cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Add chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. 2. Into a blender, add in the cooked rice, melted chocolate, and 1/2 cup hot water. Blend until very smooth, adding more hot water if needed. 3. Pour the chocolate mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Place into the fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
