Serves 1620 mins prep35 mins cook
Brownies should be moist, fudgy (NOT cakey), and INSANELEY chocolatey. This lovely recipe passes those tests with flying colors 🥳🫡 Oh, and I’m a center piece gal… wbu?! 😛 Recipe is from the Official Rick & Morty Cookbook 🤩

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

cup dark chocolate chips

oz unsweetened baking chocolate

sprinkles

cup white sugar

egg yolk

cup plain flour

cup brown sugar

cup butter

tbsp heavy cream

egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large microwaveable bowl, combine butter & chopped chocolate. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir until chocolate & butter are melted and smooth. Stir in sugar & brown sugar and mix. Mix in eggs, yolk, and vanilla and mix until combined. Add flour and chocolate chips and mix well. Transfer to a parchment lined 9x13 baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes over the surface using a fork. Allow to cool while making ganache topping. In another microwaveable bowl, add in chopped semisweet chocolate and cream. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then remove and let stand for 1 minute without disturbing. Whisk until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Pour the ganache over the brownies and spread into a smooth layer. Top with sprinkles, cut into squares, and enjoy!View original recipe
