cup plain flour
oz Gluten-Free Everything Bagel
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375F. 2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and flour to form a dough. 3. Separate the dough into 4 even sections, shaping them into bagel formation. 4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning, if using. 5. Bake for 25 minutes. 6.
