A silky-smooth and easy-to-make 2-ingredient mousse featuring Member’s Mark California-grown canned peaches and dark chocolate.

What you need

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1. Into a blender, add in the drained sliced peaches. Blend for about 15 seconds or until smooth. 2. Add the chopped dark chocolate into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until melted. Stir and add into the blender. 3. Blend for another 15 seconds or until chocolate & peaches are evenly combined. 4. Pour the mousse into a cake pan or into small ramekins for individual servings. Allow to set in the fridge for 8 hours, or overnight. 5.
