What you need

tbsp red chili flakes

cup rice vinegar

cup water

cup granulated sugar

tbsp sesame seed

tbsp sesame oil

clove garlic clove

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1. Soft boil the eggs: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then gently lower each egg into the pot. Cook for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks. Once the time is up, carefully remove the eggs and place them into an ice bath. Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs. 2. Make the marinade: Add all ingredients except for the eggs into a large bowl and stir to combine. Place the peeled eggs into the marinade, making sure they’re fully covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place into the fridge to marinate overnight. 3. The next day, remove the eggs from the marinade and serve over cooked white rice with some of the extra marinade drizzled over top and kimchi on the side. Enjoy!View original recipe
