Instructions
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, cayenne, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken thighs in the bowl and evenly coat them with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 400F.
