Watermelon Lime Sago (using Watermelon as a Bowl)

Cut the watermelon in half and then scoop out a large bowl-like dent in the middle of one of the halves. Wrap that half in plastic wrap and place into the freezer overnight.

When ready to prepare, bring a small pot of water to boil. Add in the sago, and cook for 10 minutes. The pearls should be translucent. Drain out the water in a strainer, and rinse the sago with cold water. Set aside.

Remove watermelon from the freezer. Pour cream or milk into the bowl-like dent of the watermelon.

Stir the cream while scraping the frozen watermelon to get the watermelon incorporated into the cream. Continue until the cream turns light pink and frozen. Set aside the ice cream in the freezer.

Into the watermelon dent, add in the popping boba, cooked sago, and scoops of the watermelon ice cream.

Pour in the milk, lime juice, and honey. Stir to evenly mix. Serve and enjoy immediately!
