What you need
oz water-packed tuna

tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

apple

tbsp dried cranberries
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tsp kosher salt

oz sharp cheddar

cup arugula

tbsp cucumber

tsp apple cider vinegar

tsp black pepper
tbsp raw honey
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, Greek yogurt, dried cranberries, mustard, grapes, salt, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. On each apple disc, place a couple of cheddar slices.
