What you need

tsp kosher salt

cup cherry tomato
toast

cup extra-virgin olive oil

clove garlic clove
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Place tomatoes & garlic in a small oven safe dish, then pour olive oil in until the garlic & tomatoes are covered. Season with salt & top with a few sprigs of thyme.
